Stop Morning Jaw Pain

Your jaw didn't used to click. Now it does. Every time you eat. 😬 That's not normal wear and tear. That's grinding damage. Years of clenching and grinding have stressed your TMJ, the joint that lets you open and close your mouth. The clicking is your jaw telling you it's been overworked for too long without protection. You tried the drugstore guards. The boil-and-bite ones that feel like chewing on a rubber tire. You lasted maybe three nights before ripping them out in your sleep. A guard only works if you actually wear it. And you can't wear something that makes you gag. Remi guards are different. 🦷 Custom-fitted from impressions of your actual teeth. Thin, nothing like a sports mouthguard or drugstore bulk. Comfortable enough to sleep in every single night. Under $100 for top and bottom. Professional-grade materials. Delivered in about 2 weeks. 350,000+ customers. FDA-cleared. 45-night guarantee. The clicking is a warning. Stop ignoring it. ✨

Stop Morning Jaw Pain

Your body holds stress somewhere. For some people, it's their shoulders. Their neck. Their stomach. For you? It's your teeth. 😬 That jaw clenching during meetings. That grinding while you sleep. That morning headache that makes your first coffee feel like survival, not enjoyment. 70% of bruxism, that's the fancy word for teeth grinding, is directly linked to stress and anxiety. The more pressure you're under, the harder your jaw works at night. And here's what your dentist won't tell you: that $600 night guard they're quoting? It's the exact same quality you can get shipped to your door for under $100. Remi makes custom-fitted night guards from your actual dental impressions. You take them at home in 10 minutes. Mail them back. Get professional-grade guards delivered in about 2 weeks. 📦 No office visits. No insurance headaches. No overpaying. 350,000+ people have made the switch. The fit is thin, comfortable, nothing like those bulky drugstore guards that make you gag. Your teeth are paying the price for your stress. 🦷 Protect them without paying dentist prices. FDA-cleared. 45-night perfect-fit guarantee.

I've been flying the most advanced jet on Earth. I couldn't sleep. Then this happened

I've been flying F-22s for the U.S. Air Force for 18 years. Last month a 26-year-old wingman brought something into our squadron that I can't stop thinking about. I'm not exaggerating. I almost made fun of him the first time I saw it. Now I won't deploy without it. Let me back up. I fly the Raptor. Air superiority. Own the sky. Bring everyone home. 16-hour duty days. Five-hour sorties pulling 7 Gs. Two weeks at a TDY. Three weeks at Red Flag. A month deployed. Then back to Langley. Then back out again. You sign up for the job. What you don't sign up for is what it does to your body after two decades. I'm 42. My back is shot. My neck is a wreck from years of pulling Gs. I can't remember the last time I slept through a full night. Once you start waking up at 3 AM, your nervous system never really shuts off again. My wife told me last year that I sometimes yell in my sleep. I had no idea I was doing it. I've tried everything. Melatonin. A weighted blanket. Trazodone. A grounding sheet a colleague swore by. Worked for a few nights. Then back to nothing. Then about four months ago, the squadron got a new wingman. Kid named Daniel. Quiet. Sharp. 26 years old. His grandfather flew F-15s in the Gulf War. He came in with that respectful kind of energy. I liked him right away. But here's the thing. Daniel outperforms everyone in the squadron. We had a stretch in February. Six sorties in eight days. A 5-hour mission with two air refuelings and a heavy G-Ex profile right in the middle. The next morning, every pilot in the briefing room looked like death. Coffee cups trembling in their hands. Eyes sunken in. Daniel walked in at 6 AM. Fresh flight suit. Clear eyes. Asked if anyone wanted to hit the gym before debrief. I figured it was youth. 26 versus 42. Of course he recovers faster. But I kept noticing it sortie after sortie. The brutal trips didn't stick to him the way they stick to the rest of us. He'd sleep six hours in a hotel and wake up like he'd been on leave. I'd close my eyes for three hours and wake up feeling like I'd been hit by a bus. Then one night I walked past his hotel room at Elmendorf. The door was open. Daniel was sitting on the edge of the bed. He had a small printed pouch in his hand. Inside was a water bottle and two raspberry-colored gummies in a small bowl. "What the hell is that?" He looked almost embarrassed. "Magnesium gummies." "A what?" He explained it. Said it was the only thing that let him sleep across time zones. Said he hadn't woken up at 3 AM since he started using it eight months earlier. I stared at him. "You're telling me a gummy is the reason you're handling this job better than guys with 18 years on you?" He shrugged. "All I know is I sleep through every TDY. Every time zone. And I wake up actually recharged. Every sortie." I laughed at him. I'm being honest. I told the flight lead at the next debrief and we gave the kid crap for a week. But it nagged at me. Because I couldn't stop noticing how Daniel handled stuff that used to wreck me at his age. The 3 AM alerts. The 16-hour duty days. The G-Ex that left the rest of us with our heads pounding for two days. He'd shake them off and move on. A man half my age was doing my job better than me. And it wasn't because he was tougher. Something was helping him recover that wasn't helping me. One night, three weeks later, I'm lying on a bed in the BOQ at Tyndall after a brutal sortie. My back is locked up. My chest feels tight. I know I'm not going to sleep. And all I keep thinking about is Daniel three doors down sleeping like a baby on his weird gummies. I grabbed my phone and looked it up. I read for an hour. Here's the part that made sense to me in plain English. Most of us are running on empty without knowing it. Not tired like you need a nap. Tired like your body forgot how to actually switch off. You lie down and your brain is still running the mission. Still replaying the sortie. Still calculating tomorrow's br

Why Your Hips Ache Every Night

Twelve doctor appointments. Two MRIs, one CT scan, countless X-rays. And not a single doctor thought to ask me one simple question. The question that would have explained everything. The question that took me YEARS to figure out. ======== I'm 54. And for the past three years, I've been fighting a hip pain that no one could properly diagnose. And honestly? I was starting to think I was losing my mind. It started small. Just this stabbing ache on the outside of my hip after my morning walks. The kind of thing you brush off. Slept wrong. Need new shoes. Finally feeling my age. But it didn't go away. It got worse. The pain started waking me up at night. I'd lie on my left side and within minutes, this deep burning pressure would build. Like someone slowly pressing their thumb into the bone, harder and harder until I couldn't take it anymore. I'd flip to my right side. Twenty minutes later, same thing. Flip again. Left side. Right side. Stare at the ceiling. Try my back. My husband started calling me a rotisserie chicken. I laughed the first few times. By month four, I wanted to throw my pillow at his head. ======== Here's what no one tells you about chronic pain: It's not just the pain. It's everything the pain takes from you. By month six, I was averaging maybe three hours of broken sleep. I'd drag myself out of bed feeling like I'd aged twenty years overnight — this deep stiffness that took a full ten minutes of shuffling around the bedroom before I could walk normally. Stairs became something I had to psych myself up for. That shooting ache down my outer thigh with every single step. I started planning my whole day around avoiding them. I stopped going to my Thursday morning yoga class. Cancelled on my sister's birthday dinner. Skipped my nephew's soccer games because the metal bleachers were agony and standing on the sidelines wasn't much better. I was becoming the woman who always had a reason she couldn't come. That wasn't who I was. I used to be the one organizing things. Dragging everyone out for hikes. First one on the dance floor at weddings, last one to leave. I once walked nine miles through Rome in a single day just because I didn't want to miss anything. Now I was the one people had learned to stop inviting. ======== And the nights... God, the nights were the worst. I'd lie there in the dark, brain spinning out of control, convinced something was seriously wrong. Bone cancer. A tumor. Some degenerative disease quietly eating away at my hip socket while doctors kept telling me everything looked "normal." I'd catastrophize for hours while the pain pulsed and my husband slept peacefully six inches away. One night — maybe month eight or nine, I'd stopped keeping track by then — he rolled over and put his arm around me. This thing he's done for twenty-three years of marriage. His hand rested on my hip, gentle, half-asleep. And I flinched. Pulled away. Couldn't help it. Even that soft pressure was too much. He didn't say anything. But I saw his face in the glow of the alarm clock. I still think about that look. We don't really touch anymore. Not like we used to. And I can't tell if it's because I've pulled away so many times he's stopped trying, or because I've started preemptively angling my body away from him in bed, protecting that hip like it's made of glass. Probably both. ======== That was the week I finally went to my doctor. She pressed on my hip, asked if it hurt here (yes), here (god yes), and here (I nearly levitated off the table). She nodded like she'd solved a puzzle. "Bursitis. Pretty common at your age. Take ibuprofen, ice it, should calm down in a few weeks." It didn't. Two months later, I was back. She referred me to an orthopedist. He squinted at my X-rays for maybe sixty seconds while I sat there in that paper gown, feeling like a specimen. "Some arthritis. Normal wear and tear. You're what, mid-fifties?" He said it like that explained everything. "We can try

"12 years of bone-on-bone knee pain gone in 2 days?"

What happens if someone with bone-on-bone knee pain uses Magnesium Freeze every day for 30 days? Day 1. You rub it directly over the knee. Within minutes, you feel that cool-to-warm wave move across the joint. Instead of swallowing another pill and hoping some of it eventually reaches your knee, you're putting the ingredients directly over the tissue that needs them. Magnesium. Niacinamide. Arnica. Frankincense. Twelve ingredients working in three layers. And for many people, the first thing they notice isn't that the knee feels numb. It feels quiet. Like somebody finally turned down the noise inside the joint. Day 3. You get out of bed expecting that familiar stiffness. It's still there. But it doesn't seem to hang on as long. That's important. Because bone-on-bone isn't just about two bones rubbing together. Cartilage is living tissue. A thick, wet cushion maintained by living cells inside the joint. And those cells depend on a cellular spark called NAD. When you're young, you have plenty of it. The repair crew keeps working. But after 50, that spark starts fading. The cells get tired. And tired cells can turn into what researchers call "zombie cells." Not fully alive. Not dead. Just sitting inside the joint releasing enzymes that can break down the cushion and interfere with the body's normal repair signals. Day 5. You walk downstairs. And halfway down, you realize something strange. You haven't grabbed the railing yet. For many people, this is where the morning stiffness starts breaking earlier. The knee starts moving before the rest of the day gets away from you. Because you're no longer only trying to cover up the pain. You're supporting the environment around the joint. Magnesium and niacinamide provide raw materials involved in NAD production. The cool-to-warm sensation encourages circulation around the area. And arnica, frankincense, aloe, vitamin E and the other botanicals help calm the inflammation surrounding the joint. Three things happening at once. Support the tired repair crew. Calm the inflammation. Protect the cushion that's still left. Day 7. You stand up from your favorite chair. Normally there's that pause. That little moment where you brace yourself before putting weight on the knee. This time you just stand. Many people say this is the first week they realize something is actually changing. Not because the knee suddenly feels twenty years old. Because they stop thinking about it every five minutes. And that's a big difference. Day 10. The stairs feel different. Getting out of the car feels different. You bend the knee farther before that familiar catch shows up. And the stiffness that used to follow you halfway through the morning is starting to break before your coffee is finished. This is where people make a mistake. They assume bone-on-bone means there's nothing left to support. But "bone-on-bone" is an X-ray description. It doesn't mean every living cell inside your joint disappeared overnight. For many knees, there's still cartilage left. Still living tissue. Still a repair crew. The problem is that repair crew may have been running on fumes for years. Day 14. Something starts happening that you almost don't notice. You stop planning your day around your knee. You don't look for the closest parking spot automatically. You don't calculate how many stairs are inside the restaurant. You don't wonder whether you're going to regret walking around the store. Your knee simply isn't demanding as much attention. And that's when it hits you: Maybe the answer was never only another cortisone shot. Another anti-inflammatory. Another round of "manage the pain until you're ready for surgery." Maybe someone should have asked a different question. Before they take the joint apart... Did anyone ever try supporting the cartilage that's still there? Day 21. You test it. Maybe it's kneeling in the garden. Walking farther than usual. Pl

Feel Like Yourself Again

I found a notebook in my husband's truck last March and I haven't told him I saw it. He's been driving long-haul for 31 years. Same company since he was 24. Same route up the I-75 corridor, Atlanta to Detroit and back, four days on, three days off, for as long as I've known him. His name is Wendell. Everyone calls him Wen. I'm Margie, I'm 57, and we live in a small ranch house outside Cordele, Georgia, the kind of town where the Piggly Wiggly is still the social center and everybody knows whose truck is whose. We've been married 34 years this October. I was cleaning out his cab because he'd come home that Friday with a stomach bug and asked me to grab his thermos and his lunch cooler before everything went rancid in the heat. His truck was parked in our gravel driveway, idling because he'd left the AC running for the dog, our old beagle Roscoe, who likes to sit in the passenger seat when Wen's home. I climbed up into the cab. And there, tucked into the visor above the steering wheel, was a small black Moleskine notebook I'd never seen before. I should have left it alone. I know I should have. But I'm a wife. And I'm 57. And when you've been married to a man for 34 years and he starts keeping a notebook he's never mentioned, you look. I opened it. And what I saw on the inside cover made my hands go cold. It was a diagram of two feet. Hand drawn. In ballpoint pen. Like the kind of foot chart you'd see at a podiatrist's office, except sketched by a man who hadn't drawn anything since middle school art class. And each toe was numbered. And next to certain toes, he'd written little notes in his cramped block handwriting. "Pinky, left. Numb since November." "Big toe, right. Pins and needles. Worse at night." "All four small toes, left foot. Feel like ice even in summer." "Heel, right. Can't tell if I'm pressing brake hard or soft anymore." I sat in the driver's seat of my husband's truck with that notebook in my lap and I couldn't breathe. There were 14 pages. 14 pages of entries, going back almost 11 months. Most of them just two or three sentences. Dated. Methodical. The way he tracks fuel and mileage in his work log. He'd been keeping a record. A secret record of his own feet going numb. And he hadn't told me. I closed the notebook. I put it back exactly where I found it, with the little elastic band turned the same way. I climbed down out of the cab. I walked into our kitchen, and Wen was asleep on the couch with Roscoe on his chest, and I made myself a cup of coffee with hands that wouldn't stop shaking. I didn't say a word. Not that day. Not that week. Because Wendell is the proudest man I have ever known. And I knew if I confronted him, he would lock down. He would minimize. He would tell me it was nothing. And then he would get back in that truck on Monday morning and drive 700 miles north with feet that couldn't feel the pedals. So I started watching him instead. And the more I watched, the more I saw. The way he'd brace himself on the kitchen counter when he stood up from the breakfast table, just for a second, like he was getting his bearings. The way he'd kicked off his work boots in the mudroom and then sit on the bench for an extra minute, rubbing the tops of his feet with his thumbs, his face doing that careful blank thing it does when he's hiding pain. The way he'd been wearing two pairs of socks even in July. The way he'd stopped going on his Sunday walks with Roscoe down to the creek and back, and instead he'd just stand on the porch and throw the ball into the side yard. I don't know how I'd missed it. We'd been married 34 years and somehow my husband had been quietly disappearing inside his own body and I had been so busy with my own life, my job at the elementary school cafeteria, my mother's slow decline in the nursing home over in Vienna, my book club on Wednesdays, that I had not seen what was right in front of me. I was so angry at myself I cried in the laundry roo

Questions

What makes a good sleep and wellness ad on Facebook or Instagram?
The ones in this set share a few things: a problem, then solution angle (61% of ads), the photo format, and a hook in the first line. The surest sign is time: an ad still running after 90 days, with variations, is one its advertiser has measured and kept. 135 of these have.
How long do sleep and wellness ads run on Meta?
Of the 287 active sleep and wellness ads in Dovey's index on October 7, 2026, the median has run 88 days and 135 have run 90 days or more. Meta's Ad Library publishes start dates, so run time is a fact, not an estimate.
What share of sleep and wellness ads are video?
38% of the active sleep and wellness ads in the index are video, as of October 7, 2026. The rest are still images and carousels.
Which angle do sleep and wellness ads use most?
problem, then solution, in 61% of ads, followed by product at 9%. An angle is the model's read of the creative's main argument: an offer, a proof, a problem and its solution, a story.
Who runs the most sleep and wellness ads on Facebook and Instagram?
In this set, Mama Bear Oasis (17 ads), Calm (14 ads), Jacob Nash (14 ads). Counts are active ads in Dovey's index on October 7, 2026, not Meta's full account.
How are the top ads chosen?
By Dovey's rank: how long the ad has run, how many variations the advertiser keeps making of it, reach where Meta publishes it, freshness, whether it is still live, and relaunches. Meta publishes no performance numbers for ordinary ads, and Dovey does not invent them; a long run with many variations is the closest public signal to an ad that works.
Where does this data come from?
Meta's Ad Library, read through a licensed provider. Every ad links back to its Ad Library page. Dovey adds the model's read of each creative (hook, angle, offer, format, talent) and, for videos it has watched, the transcript.
